思うに自分がAIにやらせたいタスクのプランが固まっていて、あとは指示するだけ位の人はレスポンスが速いClaude Codeが好きで、私のように自分が知らない又は自分と違う案を期待する人はGPT Codexが好きなんじゃないかと。 あと元々手数が多い人(コーディングが速い人)もClaudeを好む傾向。
これは面白いな。 今まではCodex使っていたけど、Pythonは Geminiの方が優勢なのか。 そしてJavaに比較的強いClaude Codeも気になる。

Claude Code put together a full report to help in conversations I've had with my doctors this month. It starts with high-level exec summary, ends with questions/asks to make sure everything I want covered got covered and all my data medical data including things from function health, fitbit, withings, omron, etc. in between in case it's needed. It makes the conversation so much easier for both of us. Claude gets the post-visit dr's notes and incorporates that and refines the future reports using that and my feedback. I run everything through several other models for critique. I keep an ongoing conversation this way, it's better than relying on its memory. ChatGPT pulse is constantly helping refine and suggest. Each visit gets an updated report. I may be a little ahead of the curve, but probably not far, I'd bet.
@mathurahravi i wonder whats going to happen to the "sell websites to small businesses" people when the small businesses find out about claude code.
